I had a similar issue, found here:

Check your windows event logs for critical event logs for the relevant applications you're having issues with.
In my case it was almost always memory errors, something like:
Exception code: 0xc0000005 (0xc0000005 is a memory access violation error)
If you are seeing those, with what I experienced, and the current issues high-end Intel CPUs are facing, update your bios to 2202 and use the Intel settings profile for your CPU and see if it stabilizes.
In my case, core 4 of my 14900kf had been damaged and was constantly throwing errors and needed to be RMA'd.
