Z790 Hero and Ethernet I226-V driver locks ability to turn off "Wake this computer"

I was wondering if anyone knows why this the new driver (2.1.3.3) seems to show the Power Management option to Allow this device to wake the computer, checked and greyed out so not changeable?

I normally keep mine unchecked so my system will sleep but right now, I cannot leave the Ethernet cable connected and keep the system asleep.

Thanks for reading.

I was able to track this down.  Because of thousands of WHEA 17 warnings, I had disabled native power management in the Bios.  Once I re-enabled that, the check boxes when back to normal.

Looks like I will have to live with the situation below.

A corrected hardware error has occurred.

Component: PCI Express Root Port
Error Source: Advanced Error Reporting (PCI Express)

Primary Bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x1C:0x1
Secondary Bus:Device:Function: 0x0:0x0:0x0
Primary Device Name:PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_7A39&SUBSYS_88821043&REV_11
Secondary Device Name:
