Above is my build for reference to hopefully help me with this issue.
The RAM that I have is 7200 and I can't achieve that without enabling XMP to my knowledge. I have seen people say they enter their timings manually but I am not sure how to do that and can't seem to really find a walkthrough on how to do it. I had XMP1 enabled with my 7200 speed and during a game my PC just restarted on me. So I did a MemTest86 and I had over 300 errors. I then turned XMP off and found 0 errors. I tried enabling XMP2 and still got errors. I then turned on XMP2 and up my VDD and VDDQ to 1.5v and it made it about half way through the test before it started finding errors again. I really need some help and hopefully someone here has ran into this issue and fixed it.
I do have the latest BIOS installed:
