I have a Z790-H, 13700kf, 2x16Gb Corsair 6400Mhz
So i'm a bit puzzled with this.
Everytime my PC has been without AC power it refuses to boot without CMOS clearing.
It gets stuck on black screen, lights in keyboard/mouse and the green q-led.
If i clear the CMOS it will boot.
Tried a ton of different BIOS settings, fast boot, with or without XMP etc.
I've tried with minimal hardware, 1 stick of RAM only my NVMe boot drive.
Tried new CMOS battery.
Tried leaving it on for 30 minutes.
