Hello there,
On December 2023 i builded my PC with 14900K, Z790 Gaming WiFi II and RTX4080. My cooler is Corsair h150i iCue Link (360mm), my case is Corsair 5000D Air Flow. Additionaly i bought 3x Corsair Link fans for side panel. Total i have 10x fan in my case.
Till this day i never got blue screen issues/crashes. I'm playing WoW, my CPU getting like 70-72 Celsius degrees most of time when i'm around in new expansion's capital city Dornogal, also it was same for Dragonflight's capital city Valdrakken. Currently using 1502 BIOS version. I dont understand why my CPU getting that high temperatures like this while under %15-20 load?
I didn't overclock, either undervolt. Tried undervolt with early BIOS versions but it didn't help much. I leave here a screenshot of my HWMonitor values taken after 5 mins in WoW, Dornogal.
Also tried to switch Svid to Typical, IA CEP to Disabled but it lowered temperatures like 3-5 celsius.
If someone can help me i'll be appreciated.

Hi @jrexlol
If the system is stable I wouldn't be too concerned. If the system is stable with SVID Behaviour set to typical, you can try lowering the VRM Loadline to level 3 and retest stability.
The maximum VID request and voltage depends on the CPU sample and silicon quality. Consider using a contact frame to help improve temperatures.

Thanks for answer @Silent_Scone, how do i lower the VRM Loadine to level 3, which section in BIOS? Will try this with SVID Behaviour Typical. Do i also need to IA CEP disabled with the other two?

You'll find it in the Digi+ section under AI Tweaker. Or typing in VRM Loadline into the search function located at the top of the UEFI page should locate it. If you're using Intel Default profile, depending on the board LLC3 may already be set.
