Hello everyone;
When I plug my Logitech G432 headset into the headphone jack on the front of the case, there is very little sound from the microphone. The case I use is ROG Hyperion GR701 and it has a headphone jack on the front.
Logitech G432 headset has been tested on another computer and works properly. I know that there is a Logitech G432 USB sound card, and when I operate it with this USB sound card, there is no problem with the microphone. When I plug the Logitech G432 (3.5 mm Jack) headset into the headphone jack on the front of the case, the microphone sound is very low.
I updated all BIOS and Firmware for the Z790-F motherboard and manually installed all the drivers from the asus official site. I installed all Software and Utility mentioned on Asus official website.
If I go to the microphone settings on the Realtek audio console and set the "Microphone Boost" setting to "+30dB", there is sound, although not much, but the quality of the sound deteriorates.
I would like to ask for your help in this matter, I have provided my system information below to help you.

Do you have the latest Realtek audio drivers?
You could try the latest (6.3.9600.2368) from MoKiChU at the following link:
I would recommend backing up your OS before updating Realtek drivers. When they work, they work well, but installation and updates are not always straightforward. When updating in the past, I have been left with things like Realtek Audio Console not working. MoKiChU is very helpful though, if you do have any issues.

Hello, thank you for your answer, @JohnAb . I tried the drivers provided by @MoKiChU but it didn't work.
There's something strange going on, I'm not exactly sure, but maybe the sound is working properly. The default format in the Realtek audio console microphone settings appears as "2 channels", but when I plug it in with the "Logitech g432" USB sound card, the setting appears as single channel and the sound sounds very good.
When I plug my Logitech G432 headset into the headphone jack on the front of the case, the default format in the microphone settings appears as "2 Channel". I think the problem stems from this. How can I change this setting to "1 Channel"?

Sorry, not sure. I have a USB mic (Blue Yeti) and my headphones are powered through an external DAC and separate amp, so I don't use the front panel connectors at all. My normal audio and sound bar are fed via the optical out at the rear of the motherboard. Tell you what though, Realtek drivers can be real tricky. Keep trying, you'll probably get there and good luck.
