I have an asus rog maximus z790 extreme motherboard with i9 - 13900KF, samsung 980 pro, asus tuf rtx 3080 Ti, rog ryujin 360 II and asus rog thor 850 W psu and G.Skill rams F5-6800J3445G16X2-TZ5RS. All drivers, windows 11 and bios (0816) are updated.
If i use only 2 of these rams with XMP 2, the system works perfetly without any issues. When I tried to use this build with 4 pieces rams with XMP 1 or 2, the system started hardly and always had memory issues. When I used without XMP the system works perfectly but it only runs at 4800 Mhz.
I checked the memory support of this motherboard and see it supports only 2 pieces of 6800 MHz rams.
Is it somehow possible to get the system to work well with 4 rams at 6800 MHz or will it support 4-slot useage in the future?
You will need to remove one of the memory kits. Mixing and combining kits is not recommended by memory or board vendors, as kits are binned at the density they are sold in. Alternatively, you will need to tune voltage, frequency and timings manually. All of these are factored into a single kits guardband for XMP, and are no longer valid once combined with other memory.

When I try 2 sticks of memory loaded in 2nd, and 4th SLOTS XM1 Profile; default settings the system is quite stable running at speeds at 7200 as intended
As soon as I installed 4 STICKS same memory serial and type; system stability failed; and blue screened. SO i researched and found to change memory advanced settings to PER PMIC;
This allowed me to boot to windows; but instability followed; with blue screens just sitting idol...so I ordered a 1500 WATT Power supply; which after reading more realized probably isn't the issue; just figured it was as the system was stable with 2 STICKS; so from what I am reader; are all Z790 Chipsets not compatible with 4 DIMMS @ the 7200 ADVERTISED SPEED?
Hoping they can fix this; if anyone has workaround please let me know; otherwise maybe I have to deal with 32GB RAM....
Your memory is not on the Strix Z790-E Gaming Wifi Memory QVL. Additionally, there are no 4 DIMM configs (the "socket support" column is "1,2,4" for 4 DIMM configs) on the QVL at 7200; the fastest 4 DIMM configs listed are 6000 and a single listing for 6200. Running 4 DIMMs of overclocked memory is much harder than 2 DIMMs. You can't have 4 DIMM configs at the fastest speeds; it's a case of capacity or speed, but not both at the same time.

What do you suggest I do to get best performance and speed for 64GB currently?
If you want to go above 6000, 2x32GB would let you do that. Otherwise yeah, something like that Corsair 5600 4x16GB you listed above. If it's on the QVL, it should hopefully work without too much difficulty. All XMP memory is overclocked, so nothing is 100% guaranteed, but sticking to the QVL and more moderate speeds usually makes things easier.
