Z790-E Gaming wifi Ram issue

I can only get the pc to boot with one stick in A2 and when I have A2 and B2 occupied I get the Q-Code 55, and when I shut off the pc to take out the B2 stick it was super hot and burned my hand, is it a faulty board or faulty stick? Please help

Hello,

1. Confirm whether the behaviour occurs at Optimised Defaults after clearing CMOS. Do not apply XMP or any overclocking.

2. Confirm whether both modules work in slot A2.

3. Remove the CPU cooler and CPU, check the CPU pin pad and remount the CPU cooler whilst checking for even mounting pressure. A large number of DIMM slot issues are due to improper pin pad contact.
