With Recent issue i had with my conflict with iCue and Trident Z Lighting control. I been taking close look at my event manager.
I notice during the boot and login into my windows account. The Event Manager had log all processor with information: Event 55.
Idle state type: ACPI Idle (C) States (3 state(s))
Performance state type: ACPI Collaborative Processor Performance Control
Nominal Frequency (MHz): 3200
Maximum performance percentage: 637
Minimum performance percentage: 27
Minimum throttle percentage: 2
Same information through all 32 processor.
Whats weird is that it only appear during that boot login to windows. After the system is done login into windows. I can run Cinebench R23 multiple times, and it would never record any throttle percentage.
😛 unless login into windows take more power and processing then running R23. WHich i doubt it.
Any idea why?
