Newegg listing November 4th, today:

Did Newegg sell out their known incoming quantity of boards as Pre-Orders in 48hours? OR did they simply change the purchasing status?

Who knows right?

Did anyone grab a pre-order?

Woohoo brother that's not bad, in your hands that SP will grant you 8600MT/s stable. 😍

Your TG 8200 2x24 kit arriving today, outstanding - cuz once you get the hang of the new kit - I could use some help with my now defunct EOL kit. 😭

New memory came in today. Using XMP 1 had one error in TM5 at 15 minutes and temps around 53C. Don’t know what to do with the settings on this kit. 8200 kit.

My air-cooling OCD would say if you're really pushing your ddr5:

1) move to a larger and thicker RAM fan

2) remove the DIMM.2 riser card from the equation altogether while testing - if you can

+1,.. on the larger and thicker RAM fan. 😋

I'm running Noctua NF-A14 industrialPPC-3000 PWM on RAM. https://noctua.at/en/nf-a14-industrialppc-3000-pwm

I bumped the VDD/VDDQ to 1.5V and retested with XMP1. Passed TM5, but I have no idea what to do with the timings.

Use your 13900KS's successful history with your previous kit at 8200 as a beginning - a starting point for your new mem kit at 8200. 🤗

Mimic the primary timings you've already achieved stability with your 13900KS at 8200 with your previous kit.

Different kits stable voltages/timings won't be the same, yet you eliminate two variables, and those previous stable timings will get you within close range (in the ballpark). 😊

Looks like a good beginning Mr. Hopper. congratulations on the 8200 2x24 kit I see 8400 in your future. 👍

I can't give you any sensible advice on timings, but if you have 48GB stable at 8200, I'd put that down as a win. Nice job Hopper 😄

XMP1 worked fairly well, BUT I had to increase the VDD/VDDQ to 1.50V and it passed TM5 with the XMP1 default settings. I then tightened from 38, 49, 49, 49, 84 to 36, 47, 47, 47, 84 but it required 1.55V. See attached. Both passed TM5.
