But users can only do this if they still have 1402 on it and use the same Intel CPU generation as you. So 12th gen or 13th gen etc.
You can clearly see on GitHub that the versions are different for each CPU generation.
Anyone who is already on 1501 can no longer see this.
And again, it also depends on the CPU that is installed.
So you should first tell us exactly which CPU (CPUID is important) you are using, otherwise the statements here will be of no use to you.

So you are using an I7-12700K and an old BIOS version 0904. This is from 04.2023. The microcode is at least as old.
The current number should be 32, but this will probably only come with the next BIOS update for your mainboard but probably not with 1402.
Intel currently only has an update for the 13th and 14th gen. given out to the mainboard manufacturers, which means for you with 1402 and for the 14th gen. comes.
Either it will come with a future BIOS update or through a Windows update from Microsoft, as was the case with Specter and Meltdown.
