1501 is also a downgrade from 1303 from RAM stability, I'm not sure what they have changed from 1303 but I had to rollback my BIOS from 1501 back to 1303.
Basically, I tried some of the new Corsair Dominator Titanium M Die 3x32GB at 6800 (it's rated at 6600 for XMP) with Corsair's recommended specs which can be seen on CPU-Z (32-40-40-40-96) with the same primary timings. For secondary timings for anyone wondering what secondary timings I used, it's DRAM REF Cycle 2 - 450, DRAM REF Cycle Time Same Bank - 350, DRAM Refresh Interval - 13500 and tWRPRE - 96, for voltages 1.45 for both VDD and VDDQ, SA voltage 1.275, it reduced the latency on AIDA by around 8-9 ns. These timings have been thoroughly tested (on the 1303 BIOS with some TM5 profiles, OCCT tests etc) and it was continuously going through a boot loop. it boots at XMP II 6600 but 6800 just wouldn't post, even when I just put in XMP II not messing with the secondary timing and just upping the speed to 6800 and changing the CAS to 34. Motherboard I'm using Z790 Maximus Extreme with a 13900k.
