I updated fine from 1303 to 1402, but I observe a weird issue with E-cores.
I have 13600kf and it always boosted itself to 3900Mhz, now it mostly boosts itself to 3800MHz.
BIOS settings are the same I checked all of them, CPU cooler and everything is the same.
I noticed that in BIOS 1402 the Intel Speed Step (CPU multiplayer adjustment) is working very aggressively and putting CPU to idle clock of 800mhz. In all prior BIOS versions my 13600kf stayed at 3900MHz on E-cores all the time, and P-cores were parked in Windows 10 for power saving. Now CPU only reaches 3900MHz on E-cores if I put 100% stress test like a synthetic benchmark.

I'm from 1303 to 1402, absolute disaster, Win 11 repair sfc -scannow has a lot of errors, CRC errors when unpacking, I'm then on 1501, a little better, but lots of CRC errors, back to 1303, everything is Well again.
Have test Normal - AI OC an My Own
Many greetings from Germany

I have the z790 Maximus extreme and the update gave me the exact same issue as what this guy had in this post. It broke my Bluetooth and WiFi. The first time I had this issue I was able to fix it by running the ME update tool , this time it says the ME file doesn’t need updated.

Has anyone had any overclocked RAM stability problems on this BIOS? Currently on 1303 and have some Kingston Fury Beast 64GB (2x32GB copper based heat spreaders and RAM fans for cooling) overclocked to 7000Mhz.
Edit: just scrolled up, I'll stick to 1303.

I've not experienced any noticeable difference in stability moving from 0803 all the way to 1402 or 1501 beta, and this is at 8000MT on Apex.

I found 1202...gonna try that. I have went through a few boards now thinking it was the hardware. 1 did have Bad RAM slots on A1 and A2 but this is the SECOND board with BIOS locking up issues. I am gonna give up if this does not work go MSI... I have used ASUS for over 20 years. FIRST issue ever.
