Is this is a newly built machine? Did you change anything in your hardware like CPU or Memory?

3-4 year old machine with no hardware change

Did you install a new BIOS? Anything you did recently that you suspect could have caused this issue?

I downloaded a new bios using bios flashback because it was giving me errors before too

What BIOS version were you using previously and which one did you try to install using BIOS Flashback now?

How are you connecting your keyboard? Is it a wired keyboard or wireless keyboard with a USB dongle?

Idk what bios version it was previously but the version I got with flashback was version 4301. My keyboard is wired

Are you following steps mentioned in your user manual? See below for the steps from your user manual.

What is the size of your USB Flashdrive? How is it formatted? Is it a FAT or ExFAT formatted or NTFS formatted drive. Are you inserting the drive in the mentioned USB slot shown in the picture and waiting for the lights to tell you that Flashback is running and completed?

Yeah I followed the steps fully, downloaded and renamed the new bios on an empty fat32 drive and put it in the bios designated slot. Waited for the lights, they went out, it cycled through and restarted a few times, and then started hanging on 98 and b4

I'm sorry to hear that you are still having problems. Have you tried to CLEAR BIOS? Do you have a spare keyboard just to rule out that your current keyboard has not gone bad?
