Read the manual that comes with the board.

For  RAM set with 2 DIMMs, you need to use A2 and B2.

Hello erpa

The A1-A2 slots not working can be caused by an unevenly mounted or overtightened cpu cooler.

Bent cpu socket pins can cause the memory slots not to work.

Try loosening your cpu cooler a little. If that didn't help, remove the cooler and cpu and inspect the cpu socket for any bent or misaligned pins. A magnifying glass or pictures from your phone are good tools.

You can post pictures of your cpu socket if you like.

i tried to remove the cpu 3 time and the socket was good.

i ll try to lessthight aio screws and let u know .

is a short circuit possible ?

Ok, fingers crossed loosening the cooler solves the issue.

If loosening the cooler didn't help, it's possible there could be an issue with the motherboard or cpu.

Try clearing the cmos - Shut down your pc, press and hold the clear cmos button for 3 seconds, then try booting up.

If clearing the cmos didn't help, try flashing/updating the bios with bios flashback.

i update the bios less than 2 weeks ago because i have 13th intel and the mobo wasnt update.

ill try clearing cmos too , thanks , any other suggestions?
