Why on the Z690 Maximus Extreme would you not include a PCIE 3.0 x4 or x16 atleast who needs on $1100 motherboard PCIE 3.0x1?????

I want to be able use my Elgato 4k60 Pro Mk2 and not in the second slot of the PCIE 5.0 x16 slot.
Why because I plan on one day using PCIE 5.0 M.2 SSD in the M.2_1 slot which shares that ****ing same secondary slot and disables it!!!!
Cheap!!!! Pay over $1000 for a motherboard and you don't include an extra PCIE 3.0x4 or x16 slot??????????????????????????
Didn't know I would run into this situation until after I got the Elgato 4k60 Pro Mk2, and no I don't want an external capture card (why cause of delays)!!!

Atleast with the Asus Z690 Formula I could have used the 3rd PCIE 4.0 x16 slot for my Elgato 4k60 Pro Mk2 and not have to worry about it and saved $$$$.
Stupid should have research more and factored using an Elgato internal capture card.
Although with the Z690 Formula motherboards I have read they have issues with temp on the mb???
