I have contacted CS multiple times. I was told I was being sent a replacement VRM Waterblock for my Z690 Formula. I have heard nothing for two weeks, and received nothing. I called again today, and they say they don’t see a request for a replacement in their system, and it will be escalated, and I will be called back in 24-48 hours. I’ve been told this before, never get a callback.
Who can I talk to??? I’ve had this motherboard for 1.5 years now, and haven’t been able to finish building my PC yet because of this.

As far as I know, you'll need to go through customer support in the country where you live. You should be able to find your service centre on the web. If not getting any help, try to escalate yourself or make a formal (but polite) complaint.
