Double-click Network adapters. Right-click the network adapter you want, and then click Properties, disable energy efficient driver setting. Some users have had success with this.
I have the Asus ProART z690 creator wifi mainboard and is experiencing the exact same problems.
I make a living of professional live streaming and my cameras are utilizing FULL-NDI (140 Mbit per stream).
So I can easily say that the problem occurs multiple times a day in our test environment with that particular 10Gbit LAN Adapter.
Also, the problem is not directly related to Internet Traffic if anyone is curious about that.
I have just degraded the driver version from 188.8.131.52 to 184.108.40.206 and is now running tests.
I'll update you in a couple of days.
How is the lower driver working?
