I see the same in system device .....confused what is the difference?

i found this unknow device  in device manager after a full reinstallation.

i'm sure have installed all drivers.

Someone can help me?

It may be the item below, although I was not able to identify it for sure.

Possibly. something involving Thunderbolt.  If you have a Dell system, you may be able to download it from Dell.  Also, watch Windows in case it recommends and optional drivers.
