Z690-E Gaming VRM and PCH Thermal Pad

Hello friends.
I am using a custom liquid cooled system. My motherboard is Z690-E Gaming.
What is the thermal pad thickness that my motherboard uses on the VRM and PCH?
If anyone knows, please help me. I want to replace it with thermal pads that conduct heat better.

Did you ever find an answer? I received a z690 formula vrm cross chill replacement water block with a missing thermal pad. I had to order a few squeeshy ek 1.5 pads and sandwich them together to resemble more or less the thickness of the factory installed pads. I'd feel a lot better if I knew exactly what size I needed, but after removing the block to check it, I could tell the pads I put on wrapped around the VRM good. The temps have been the same as well running between 30 to 38 c

I read somewhere that 2mm pads (for the PCH heatsink) worked well, but I can't remember where I saw it or if they had your motherboard. Maybe 2mm gives you a rough idea if you can't find any better information.

Z690 Hero, BIOS 3401, MEI 2345.5.3.0, ME Firmware 16.1.30.2361, 7000X Case, RM1000x PSU, i9 12900K, ASUS TUF OC 3090TI, 2 x 16GB Corsair RAM @ 5200MHz, Windows 11 Pro 23H2, Corsair H150i Elite AIO, 4x Corsair RGB fans, 3x M.2 NVME drives, 2x SATA SSDs, 2x SATA HDs.

Yeah, thank you. 2mm does seem the closest to the oem thickness. I ended up just swapping all 5 pads out for new better quality (hopefully) 2mm pads so they can all squeesh evenly.
