Z690 BIOS 2602

Is anyone tried new 2602 BIOS for Z690?

Any difference compared to 2204, 2305 or 2403?

Oh, just replied and my post is missing!" All I can say is that 2602 is working for me. I did the 2305 rollback, yes, but in the end it was a software conflict, not the BIOS. Impossible to say if 2602 it will work for you, but I think it's been good for most people. 

Think I'd suggest sticking with firmware 16.1.27.2176 for now, as per the support pages, even though MoKiChU has some later versions. The latest versions also work great for me, but there have been a couple of possible reported issues and as far as I know, firmware can't be rolled back. That's why I think it might be a good idea to try 16.1.27.2176 (minimum version required) and then 2602.  You can roll back from 2602 to 2402/2305, but I realise that those might still not work for you.

I updated to the latest bios yesterday (2602), on my Z690-e with a i7 12700k and 2 kingston fury beast 6000mhz (Plus a 3080ti from evga and 2 nvme gen4). Everything seems pretty normal, boot time seems a bit faster than before (I was on bios 2305). Chipset temps seems normal, maybe 2 or 3 celsius less than before but nothing life changing. I have to say that i saved my bios config on a usb before the update, so i restored it afterwards. No problem with XMP (I use the tweeked one at 6000mhz), no problem with overclock, everything is working as it should for now.
I dont know if i like like the red asus logo, i mean... is ok but i dont have anything red on my computer so it does'nt match. I wish that in future updates they let you change the color of the boot logo, it would be cool if they let you choose 2 or 3 colors for the boot logo to make like a color transition or something like that. Maybe someday

just flashed 2602 on my TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS D4. works great: 12700k, 2x16gb ddr4 @ 3200mhz, xmp on.

Hi ! I updated to the new BIOS 2602 and for me it was not so good. Problem with NVME SSDs now. Slot M2_3 and M2_4 are not working sometimes . so i cant find my 2 Firecuda 530 4TB. Slot M2_2 and M2_1 are working fine with the other Firecuda 530 4TB . Somebody has the same problems with Asus Z690 -F gaming Wifi Board?

With DDR5 i have no problems. 4 Banks running at 6000MHz OCed !

but how can i get all 4 Firecudas 530 get running without problems? before the BIOS update i never had problems with NVMe SSDs 😞

Hello i want to tell you all problems i got was because of faulty Power Suply Unit. i change to 1000W ATX 3.0 PSU and all was fine

PRIME Z690-A BIOS 2602 computer doesn't shut down properly

happens randomly more often after gaming session

i think the M.2 NVMe SSDs dissapear on the Motherboard randomly because of instabile Voltage for the PCI Lanes. The Auto voltage funktion dont work good. 

Who knows which voltage on the Z690-F Gaming WiFi has to be set and which amount has to be set in the BIOS to get better Voltage for the M.2 Slots?

Flashed Z690 Hero w/ 12900K, 32gig DDR5 6200 MT/s (two sticks) and have no issues so far.   I've since swapped the cpu with a 13900K and have not noticed any issues as well.
