Z690 BIOS 2602

Hey there,

Is anyone tried new 2602 BIOS for Z690?

Any difference compared to 2204, 2305 or 2403?

That's not good. Did you update the MEI drivers and ME firmware before updating the BIOS? Try powering off the machine (turn off the PSU for a few minutes), reset the CMOS and try again. If that doesn't work, as far as I know you can go back to BIOS 2305 or 2403.

oui j’ai mis à jour le pilote MEI et aussi le ME mais rien a faire mon Pc se bloque sans arret et enfin j’ai remis le bios 2305 et maintenant tout fonctionne correctement !

yep all up to date. 2306.4.3.0 driver, 16.1.27.2176 fwfirmware. chipset 10.1.19468.8385 , and also the network also update to most resent forum drivers. I do also run 2 stick 6000  mhz QVL and active on tweak settings and mild oc  so for no issues no bsod not rant about it, and still ok so far. I will try to push the ram a little without shaking the settings to much.  stable like a puppy in winter

J’ai une carte Mère Asus Rogue Strix Z690 E-Gaming Wifi6 j’ai installé le nouveau Bios v 2602 et voila L’écran Bleu rien ne marche Windows 11 ne fonctionne plus ! plein d’erreurs tout les drivers sont desactivé et aussi des problème kernel je vous déconseille de mettre le nouvveau Bios !

The BIOS 2305 left me a very bad experience. I am afraid to update to the new BIOS 2602. I think I will wait a couple of weeks for more users to share their experience.

I am on Z690-A D4 and 2602 so far seems decent BIOS. I like new logo boot screen - seems modern as previos logo was almost 10 years old.

On DDR4 Z690-A  2204, 2403 and 2602 are good bioses. I use 64GB 16x4 RAM on 3600MHz.

Z690-F working fine with new bios and firmware.  using 32gb ddr5 RAM at 5600 (XMP1)
