Hi JohnAb,
Now, I don't try to OC my CPU. I can't stabilize XMP profiles on stock CPU settings after BIOS upgrade to 2004.
For example, this morning, my memory pass Memtest86 and Cinebench R23 without issues but Aida64 stress test not. Settings of memory below:
Dram VDD voltage - 1.435v
Dram VDDQ voltage - 1.435v
CPU System Agent voltage: 1.30v
Advanced memory voltages:
IVR Transmitter VDDQ voltage - 1.435v
Memory Controller voltage: 1.30v
All CPU setting set on default. Now I'm suspecting some problems with my CPU setting which maybe comes from BIOS 2004.
If somebody had similar problem, maybe you can advise me the possible solutions?

I have the same kit on an Apex. I had to go through two RMAs just to get XMP stable. Channel A had issues. Anyway, now I've got it dialed in as far as an OC goes at 6000mt's. I recommend to dial that vccsa back to 1.00, maybe even lower like .95 and test. There are some other advanced voltages I changed in bios. I have to reboot to obtain them.

Thank you warreng090.
I lowered VCCSA to 0.95 looks stable. I just tried XTU stress tests and it's pass. But when I tried to use XTU AI OC to boost my CPU, XTU's stress tests of memory and CPU shows Power Limit Throttling and Thermal Throttling from the start.
Seems like as I thought now the problem on CPU side. Could you please advise safe setting to boost my CPU?
Thank you in advance.

Glad to see your memory is stable! I have very little experience using XTU OC. It's tough for me to guide you in overclocking your CPU. What are you using your PC for? Just gaming? The Asus AI OC may be a good option for you. If you're experiencing instability in that, bump your adaptive voltage up .02.. .03 and see if that smooths things out. If you want to really get the best performance and potentially save some power while you're doing so, I suggest reading the guide from Overclockers if you haven't already. Its very good. https://www.overclock.net/threads/asus-maximus-z690-extreme-i9-12900k-guide-load-lines-vf-curves-ada...

Thank you. But my problem now is - starting from BIOS 2004 AI OC is not working for me. When I set this option in BIOS my system didn't boot at all.
BTW, it works perfectly till the last BIOS update. I don't know what to do.. set setting manually or await new BIOS...

The rules are fairly tight on this gen so there may be a red herring somewhere. If all memory overclocking is disabled, you may want to apply an AVX offset depending on what tests you're running to test stability.
