So, I have had Z590 Bios for a few months. However, after installing the newest Bios , my Pc froze up, and it finally didn’t post or Buzz. It keeps showing “00” not even a check CPU buzz code or whatever.
i literally meant that it wouldn’t even buzz, just spinning the fans.
I had contacted ASUS support about the warranty, but I was told that what I purchased off Amazon didn’t have international warranty, and I need to contact the region it was from…which is Pacific Asia and I don’t know how to call globally to not be charged and so on.
I regretted buying this MotherBoard, and it Type or category that uses Water Block for everything. It sounded like a good idea and reliably so. However, I was mistaken, one single thing that goes wrong, and I had to drains, wait, put in new seal and O-rings, in some cases washing the washers to make sure the thread are not having micro particles that could interfere due to the screw and unscrewing….. to literally have to pull things a part.
I had tried everything from
1/ Remove and seating ram 1 by 1 as advised in the manual
2/ remove both Ram and NVMe to hope for a post of a buzz
3/ remove and replace thermal paste, reinstall CPU
4/ remove and replace to another PSU
5/ Clearing CMOS as advised
6/ Flashing Bios by USB stick and Bios button
it still is Dead Done Gone, only LED and fan spooling, no beep, no Post, no LED, code 00
It started out of nothingness, my game froze, dead, I had to hard power off and it posted into windows once. Then I went out and did a Memcheck from Bios. It took 40 minutes and once it was done, it shutoff and never woke again…Dead Done Gone
I paid big buck for this type of product and I am regretful of it. Never again that I would buy this type of MB with water block. It gotta be something easier to take a part and diagnosing with

It might be worth powering off completely (turn off the PSU) remove the battery and then try clearing the BIOS. See if that helps. You might then be able to go back to the older BIOS. Sometimes, powering off completely and resetting can help. Worth a try anyway.

Yes, I did that too, swapping out PSU, took out the battery together and the CSmos battery. It didn’t help anything

As far as ASUS North America is concerned, there is no Parts available to fix this particular MB. I would have to try my best to contact the Asia Pacific and hope for the best.
