XMP problem with Z790-H

Hello, it's a bit difficult to explain myself in English, I hope you will understand.
I set up my new PC with this configuration :

Strix Z790-H
Intel I5-13600KF
Corsair Dominator Platinium 2x16 6400 ( A2/B2 )
(CMT32GX5M2B6400C32)

Everything works, installing Windows 11, updating the bios, and using overcloking AI.
Wishing to take advantage of the speed of my RAM I enabled XMP by default. Black screen and no boot.

I've been trying to find information online, the problem seems to be frequent and requires adjustments.

I keep XMP on, and I change 6400 -> 6000 same problem.
6400 -> 5600… same problem…
6400 ->5000 ok… Windows starts.

( but I haven't done a stability test)

I don't know enough about overclocking, I just want to take advantage of my Corsair 6400 kit.

Thanks a lot

Hi @Clansman79

Set XMP II, if issues persist - tune the following rails.

Inspect auto values and tune incrementally.

Extreme Tweaker > CPU System Agent

Extreme Tweaker > Advanced Memory Voltages > Memory Controller Voltage

Extreme Tweaker > Advanced Memory Voltages > IVR Transmitter VDDQ

13900KS / 8000 CAS36 / ROG APEX Z790 / ROG TUF RTX 4090

Thanks, my Corsair AIO is defective and I still haven't been able to test.
I hope I can do it on Wednesday
