XMP is disabled and will not enable

Hi, Asus Tuf Gaming Z690-plus wifi D4. XMP is disabled and will not enable.

Been in to bios AI tweeker - Ai overclocker but the only option is auto / manual  no option for xmp.

Only noticed this as I was installing Crucial ddr4 pro 32gb ram ( 2x16gb kit) 3200

It appears to be running at 3200 according to bios info and also in win 11 task manger / performance / memory.

Running latest bios 2305

CPU Intel I7 12700K  Alder lake

Has anyone come across this before?

Thanks

You can check the SPD Info in the UEFI via the Tools Menu > ASUS SPD

However, looking at the technical data page for this kit, the XMP-rated timings appear to be the same as JEDEC, meaning this kit is not rated any higher.

Hi, thanks for reply - I have checked SPD in UEFI and as you say its xmp is same as JEDEC. I just wanted to be sure that the ram was ok. I have attached a screenshot of CPU Z info about the ram and also the task manager view and one from the right screen in bios, do these show that the ram is running at 3200. Thanks for your help.image1.jpeg
