XMP doesn't boot my system

I have just got my replacement Corsair RAM (CMT32GX5M2B5600C36 - According to website RAM is compatible) since mine was faulty and when I turn on XMP/XMP Tweaked on my ASUS Prime Z69-A (updated BIOS) the DRAM light comes on and after 30s it reboots and after 3 loops it tells me something is wrong and couldn't boot yet I can boot normally without XMP but it only runs at 4000MHz and not 5600MHz.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to enable XMP and have a working system?
