no. xmp1 is better in terms of performance but also staying on as probably stable
xmp2 is the best in terms of stability. has extremely loose timings to make sure it works.
xmp tweaked is an extremely aggressive in terms of timing and might not be stable and depending on your speed and hardware will probably require tweaking.
