Will I fry my 13900K with these settings?

I've never had crashing issues with my chip.  I'm running BIOS 2503 with the updated microcode.  I'm not running Intel defaults.  I have AC LL  at .19, DC at 1.02, and IA VR is set to 1700. I'm running my memory kit ,Trident Z5 DDR5-7200 F5-7200J3445G16GX2-TZ5RK, at 1.45v.  It was required to get stable at 7200.  I've reverted back to Intel defaults for the time being just to be safe.  cinebench.png

Hi @seiferx80

Looks fine to me, package power isn't even exceeding 245W.

Thanks for the input. From everything I have read I figured I was good, but I still wanted input from someone else incase I overlooked something. I built this system in Oct of 2022 and just enabled XMP from the get-go and went with it. With all the crazy Intel news recently, I decided to look at things and under volt / tune the chip to my MOBO like I should have done to begin with. I used this guide ¸https://www.overclock.net/threads/asus-maximus-z790-extreme-and-intel-i9-13900k-a-tuning-guide-for-b..., which I am sure everyone is familiar with. From what I understand the problem was the chip requesting to much TVB voltage. I have never had crashing issues, but I went as far as to revert to bios 0816 with old microcode to see if I could spot dangerous voltages etc. I could not, so hopefully I am good and do not have to worry about RMA.
