As the title says - the keyboard/BIOS incompatibilities with the Maximus Z790 Hero are driving me crazy.
I use several keyboards from Logitech, Keychron/Lemokey, and others, and ony a very select few enable me to get into the BIOS, most of them are not recognized early enough in the boot process for that, no matter which port I use, whether cabled or connected via the board's own wireless dongle.
What do I have to do to make EVERY keyboard that has its own 2.4GHz dongle (not bluetooth!), not just the Logitech G915, work in order to get into the BIOS at startup? Which USB port is guaranteed to work, and can I use an USB hub on that port? I REALLY don't want to whip out that ****** Logitech keyboard just to do something in there.
