When will this problem be solved? I have latest SSD 990 Pro firmware and latest bios asus z790-f gaming wifi. Issue is still persist.

I also have the same "problem" on the Z690 Formula, Bios 3401 and the latest ME. When will this be fixed, or is there another workaround other than disabling PCIe power management control?

On my z690 motherboard disabling ASM1061 on BIOS made Whea go away. No need to touch Power management control. I bet if y look HWinfo64 PCI gateways HWid that is the same as Whea error. Y will see drop down on that pci express gate and there is ASM1061 linked in there. Disabling it on Bios onboard devices fixes the problem there is not really even reason to use ASM1061. It just is enabled on default, and if y reset bios it goes back to enabled.

My SSD is 2 months old, it's not the SSD's fault. The dog is buried somewhere else. I already had the problem with Bios 2802. Something has crept in with Asus.
12900K to 14900K, same picture. 3080 and a 4080 plugged in, same 'problem'. Whea Logger ID 3. But it only occurs on cold starts and not on restarts

Yeah and i think it's not about bios. Cause i have this issue for a year. from like 2nd bios version to latest bios i have this issue. And it's only appears on Samsung SSD's like 990 PRO and 980 Pro

Ok, that could be it. I have a 980pro. Before too.
Maybe I'll buy a Corsair or something so I can recreate it.

Hello
This doesn't affect everyone, but if you're getting WHEA errors, it's recommended to disable PCIE Native Power Management in the bios.

Yes, I've been doing that the whole time.

No need to touch PCIE NPM Just Disable ASM1061 From BIOS onboard devices.
