What are these "Other Devices" in Device Manager? ProArt z790 Wifi Creator

Does anyone know what these might be? I just set up this new motherboard...

EDIT: I got most of these taken care of by installing drivers shown by the Armoury Crate application.

I agree with slipsnorbert and I think you are probably missing a driver somewhere. Here is a list of all of my drivers (different motherboard, but many will be the same) so that might help you to identify what you might be missing. Pretty much all of my drivers are from MoKiChU - see the link that slipsnorbert sent to you in his last post. You shouldn't need Armoury Crate, but it will help to ensure that you have all of the essential drivers installed. If you want to use MoKiChU's drivers, make sure that you select the correct chipset for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Note that I don't use the Realtek audio drivers any more. Everything works great without them for me. You can ignore the items in blue, those are just the sub-drivers included in the main driver packages.

You might find Armoury crate useful as it provides a list of (most) installed drivers and the ability to install them if needed. Not essential, you can manage it all yourself, but it's an easy way to check. There is also a program (free) called Driver Store Explorer if you search for it. That's a very useful tool if you are managing drivers yourself as it will list all drivers installed and their versions.

Thanks. Yes, I had gone ahead and downloaded it after I discovered it showed drivers. However, it would never complete an install. But I was able to install everything manually, and most of the unknown stuff was taken care of.

Thanks for all the assistance.
