Hi,
I'm wondering why the USB ports in the image suddenly stopped working.
For example, I plug in the keyboard, the lights are on but it does not respond.

problem ? As I mentioned, USB ports do not work.
But I solved the problem by discharging static electricity.

I was having this exact same problem from new on this motherboard. I see there are other threads on this as well, although they are all now locked. As with other users, I have taken advantage of the two unused USB 2.0 headers on the motherboard to run to a backplate with 4 USB 2.0 ports. I have all of these ports in use.
On my PC, I had a device I could not initially find a driver for, ACPI\VEN_CYP&DEV_0002. I spent a few weeks trying different suggestions on the internet, which mainly suggested it was an Intel Thunderbolt device. However, none of the suggested drivers worked. Eventually, I found another post: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-uk/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=cyp25
This 'Cypress USB Connector Manager Class Extension Driver' not only resolved the unknown device, but after a subsequent reboot all of the red USB ports started working again. I've not seen this driver included in any of the ASUS drivers on their website for this motherboard, but it has certainly resolved the issue for me.

I believe that MoKiChU's Thunderbolt drivers include the UCM driver. Check it out, he probably has a later version (look in the Downloads for Motherboards section in this forum).

If I install this program on my Asus motherboard, it won't cause any problems, right?

I've no idea what chipset you have, but the drivers should work with Cypress, ITE and Texas Instruments chips. If you have one of those Thunderbolt chipsets then I assume it will work.
I'd suggest backing up your OS first, then you can always restore easily if any problems. There are several free OS backup programs that you can use, I like the free version of Macrium Reflect (8.0.7783). It's been retired from the author's website now, but you can still get it from here:
https://www.majorgeeks.com/mg/get/macrium_reflect_free_edition,3.html
Don't forget to create the Macrium boot USB so you can restore the OS from the saved files on another drive if needed.
However, the safest option is to do nothing is everything is working, so up to you.

Hi @KaptanFearless , you can post a message on the ROG CARE board in this forum and request help with your Thunderbolt drivers. This way you can get official drivers for your board. There are ASUS versions of thunderbolt drivers available for various ASUS Boards. I would use them first over using a driver from another company like Dell.
I recommend that you do a fresh Windows installation with your machine fully disconnected so that you can control which drivers you are installing.
You can see https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-motherboards/can-asus-support-fix-realtek-audio-drivers-with-bo... which shows how to first prepare for an offline media and then do a fresh windows installation. I created this post to troubleshoot my own issues with ASUS ROG CARE which is still being investigated.
I hope this helps.
