USB ports and external HDD

Hello everyone.
I have a problem.
I have an external hard drive, it has an external power supply.
It already has rewritten sectors and it heats up a lot, up to 50-55 degrees.
When connected to the red ports at the back, it switches off from time to time under load or it doesn't matter, it happens randomly.
If you disconnect the HDD power supply, sometimes the system can hear the device switching off, but the HDD itself is not connected because there is no power.
When connected to the front connector of the case, there are no such shutdowns.
What could it be?

Hi!
I do not know which ports USB2 or USB3 you connect your disk, so I will sign all the ports:
1. Front USB 3.2 Gen1 implemented via ASMedia controller ASM1074
2. Front USB 2.0 is implemented via Ancor Link controller AU6260
3. USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A (red) are implemented through the Z790 hub.
Disable Power Save Mode for USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A (red) in Device Manager in power management. Or for all USB. Check it helped or not, then turn it back on.
