I have a motherboard ROG Z790 MAXIMUS HERO on which all the usb ports in blue does not work or bad but the red One still work maybe sometimes someone stop working for a few seconds. When I plug things in, they either just don’t work, or the ports disconnect at once and then reconnect. I thought it might have come from my power supply that I changed some time before but I just took a Power 1200w to be sure everything is well powered on. But nothing is done, I still have the same problem.
I updated the bios, and everything that is possible on it. I reinstalled Windows completely, without success. Every time I reinstall Windows, I tried several different installations to see if it was a certain way of doing but it is the same thing (manual installation, installation via Armoury Crate or installation via Windows). I’m starting to despair and not know where to look. I can’t afford to return the motherboard or buy a new one.
