TUF Z690 Plus D4 and Corsair RAM question.

Hi, need some advice for TUF Z690 Plus D4 and Corsair Vengeance RAM question.

I am puzzle to see this with CPUz SPD result showing Corsair Vengeance PRO SL 3600MHz CMH32X4M2D3600CTC18W show in the image attached. Two pair of the make up 654GB of ram bought in the store the same time. Everything run smoothly without any issue until i found this in the CPUz (please refer image attahed}

From the image shown Slot one Rank: Single ,Slot 2 Rank: Dual, Slot Rank 3:Single and Slot 4 Rank: Dual. I am not very familiar with RAM Spec. But is it normal or all 4 slot supposed to be the same. Please enlighten me. Thank you very much.
