TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI - Intel Core i7 13700K - disabling E-cores

Hi!
1) Enabling "Legacy Game Compatibility Mode" has no effect on TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI (BIOS 1205) (CPU Intel Core i7 13700K). Games continue to use E-Cores despite on ScrollLock button state.
2) Disabling E-Cores in BIOS has the side effect. When I turn on the computer it turns off after a second and then turns on again. This is not good for HDD. Is this a normal behavior?
Thanks.

Hello,

1. What UEFI revision?

2. Any game in particular or all games?

3. The double boot is likely necessary to clear nvram or perhaps something else, but it’s always for a reason.

Hello.
1. UEFI BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. version 1205, 06/14/2023.
2. I haven't tested all the games, but some old games have significant degraded perfomance when E-cores is enabled and Legacy game compatibility mode does not affect them. I see high E-Core usage and low P-Core usage.
