TUF B660 Plus Wifi D4 with 2x8GB KF436C17BBK2/16 not stable when using xmp

My machine is not stable after loading default setting to bios and setting memory xmp profile. The problem is that in UE4 game Dakar Rally I get "Fatal Error" sometimes when playing or exiting the game and in Windows 11 I sometimes get "Memory could not be written" error when shutting down or rebooting.

I think I got it to run seemingly stable for now using custom timings for memory 3200mhz 17-20-20. No more fatal errors or memory could not be written errors.

The memory sticks are in the QVL (Kingston KF436C17BBK2/16 2x 8GB XMP 3600 3600 SS Hynix 17-21-21-39 1.35 1,2) and have xmp profile for 3600mhz and 3000mhz and both are not stable for me. They are inserted in the 2nd and 4th slot from the cpu as I think they should be.

Shouldn't it be stable when using the xmp profiles when the memory is in QVL?

Also there isn't Intel Baseline Profile for Intel 12th gen (12100f) in latest bios (3601)? I can only see Performance profile which warns that it's OC and may cause instability... so I'm thinking this maybe be the problem?
