I've updated 'PRIME H610M-E D4' bios to latest 3601 version and consequently Intel ME to version 16.1.32.2473v3 and my system become very much unstable rebooting and/or shutting down! I've discovered that this happens when both ram modules are connected in dual channel (Kingston FURY 'KF432c16BBa/8' x2) even with XMP profile disable, also RGB leds on RAMs go crazy turning off and/or blinking with no pattern at all. All this issues magically disappear when only one RAM is connected, I've tested each of the RAM modules independently and system works perfectly. I 've downgrade to various older BIOS versions with same issues-results, but sadly Intel ME remains the same newer/latest version and cannot go back. 😞 I don't know if this is producing incompatibly related issues and maybe be the source of the problem. By the way, All drivers for windows 11 and intel chipset are up to date even Intel's ME interface ones, also I've uninstalled all ASUS apps like Armoury Crate and AI suite 3 in case there was some kind of conflict with RAMs without success.
Thax in advance for any kind of help you could provide me! 😄

Not sure I can help, and no clue if 3601 bios on your motherboard is similar to the latest (2801) on mine (Z790E WIFI), but 2801 for me broke IRQ and left me with an unusable system. Reverting back to 2703 got me a rock stable system. Waiting on the next bios version...
Note: for 14th gen cpus, there doesn't seem to be any difference in the voltage issue between 2801 and 2703. Double-check that for your system if you're using a 14th gen CPU before reverting to an earlier bios as the bug can cause physical damage to the CPU.
