STRIX Z690-A Error in Creating Custom BIOS Logo

Hi all,

I am having difficulty setting up custom BIOS boot Logo.
When I chose a pic for Logo and click update, it gives an error "Temp File C:\Program Ciles (x86)ASUS\AI Suite III\EZ UPdate\Output.cap Create Failed.."
I tried to re-install Windows 10 OS from scratch but no luck.
Does anyone experience this issue?

I am getting the same exact issue. It tells me it can't create output.cap. I tried doing this after upgrading to BIOS version 1304. I don't understand why this is happening.

I also have this problem, previously had no problem with RoG Strix B760A Gaming Wifi D4. Now, I have no the luck with RoG Maximus Z690 Formula.
