Strip Z790E internet issue

Trying to do my initial Windows 11 Pro install. I get to the point where I need to connect to either Wi-Fi or hardline or it cannot go any further. I am not picking up Wi-Fi or Lan. I see the flashing green lifts on the mobo at the lan connection. I reset both routers twice. Still nothing. Anyone have advice?
