Hello everyone,
I recently tried a spoofer process, after the spoofing process, information such as "system manufacturer" and "BIOS" were completely deleted on my ASUS Z790F motherboard model. Now the system shows a random BIOS model and manufacturer information.
To fix this situation:
I did a format,
I did a BIOS update,
But no matter what I do, the old manufacturer and BIOS information does not come back. Not only has this prevented me from using ASUS' Armoury Crate software, but it also seems to void the warranty process.
How can I resolve this issue and get the system back to the original manufacturer and BIOS information? Does anyone know if this has happened before?
I don't even care if the warranty process is disabled, I just need to be able to use armory crate 😄
