Spam delete not going into bios

Hi i cant spam delete into bios  since few days  my  screen stays stuck on no signal cause nothing boots then i just have to shutdown my pc and turn back on  mb asus rog maximus z790 hero keyboard rog azoth this is a newly pc built one week old cant believe all these bugs  and bull****** after spending 5k on a pc

Please check if there might be a problem with the GPU  (VGA) , if yes then there should be a constant white light from the boot light , since that would be the reason your pc is able to turn on but no signal is coming

I've had that problem a few times, and I found that after the screen goes dark, using Ctrl-Alt-Delete gets me into the BIOS. 

Not sure that will work for you, but it's worth a try.
