I am new to the forum but have owned Asus Rog cards for 8 years
I just redid my config with a Rog Strix Z790 E gaming wifi 2 but
the Sonic software won't install
I am running Windows 11 Pro 24H2 build 26100.3194
I wrote to Asus who told me to reinstall Armoury and the audio driver
from the Asus website and that didn't change anything. I am very disappointed
because I had a problem with my old strix z390 E on the audio module but Asus
had fixed the problem. I also regret that there is no communication on the site,
it is only by browsing this forum that I learned that the problem is known but that
there is no solution yet. Why not indicate it to the owners of the cards who have problems?
This would avoid email exchanges and unnecessary stress.
I am very disappointed with this way of operating a customer service.
My card is new and I can return it and go to MSI or another brand.
I prefer to wait for a solution but not everyone reacts like that.
