Just some info if anyone if having the same problem after a Bios update and had slow Thunderbolt speed in needing to do a full shut down to fix a reboot or unplug re-plug of the Thunderbolt device does not help.
I have the ProArt Z690-CREATOR WIFI with UGREEN 2.5 Inch Hard Drive Enclosure, USB C 3.1 Gen2 External Hard Disk Caddy for SATA HDD SSD, 6Gbps UASP Thunderbolt 3 having a Intel SSD D3 S4520 SERIES 3.8TB.
