Hi @bubba123

Sorry to hear that. Can you elaborate on the nature of the crashes? Is there an event log or bluescreen?

Be sure to disable XMP overclocking and retest at Optimised Defaults.

Test both RAM sticks individually, with defaults non-xmp. Error 1000 is to universal, must take it by elimination.

Obviously try to update what you can at this point, bios + drivers (try to get the latest from these forums), do some basic windows checks on files.

Do you use a riser?

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS. If the trouble persists, contact Intel support.
