Hello everyone,
I just installed a brand‑new RTX 5060 on my system with the following specs:
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B760M‑E
CPU: Intel i5‑12400F
BIOS: 1820 (latest)
Here is the issue I’m experiencing:
I fully uninstalled my old GPU driver (RX 580) and installed the RTX 5060. At first, the system did not display anything.
After some trial and error, I went into the BIOS and set CSM = On. Then the GPU was recognized, I installed the drivers, and gaming performance worked fine.
When I later set CSM = Off, the motherboard VGA LED turned white (not recognizing the GPU), but Windows still booted and the driver detected the RTX 5060. However, I could no longer access the BIOS.
After rebooting, Windows would load normally (desktop shows), but the VGA LED remained white.
To access the BIOS again, I have to reinstall the RX 580, enter BIOS, set CSM back to On, and then reinstall the RTX 5060 to use it temporarily.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there a fix to allow the RTX 5060 to work with CSM Off and access BIOS normally?
Thank you for any advice!

You might need VBIOS (GPU BIOS), update on that GPU of yours.
