RTC Power Z790E Stopped working

I have a weird one here. I have my specs as following.

Intel 13900K

MOBO ROG Z790E

Windows 11 Pro
More can be provided if needed.

I had this system starting up with the APM settings to start everyday at 6:45am
so days where set to 0 and then hours, minutes and seconds are 6, 45 and 0

It used to run on windows 10 pro no problems and when I upgraded to win 11 also no problems, when I installed a fresh version of Win 11 it worked for a couple of days and then stopped working. I tried everything possible with troubleshooting and yes BIOS is up to date, fast boot is disabled and the time is right.

If set the days field to the specific date of the month, it works and if I set it to zero it doesn't work.

Any advice.

The oldest BIOS update 10.17.2024 seems to be the culprit, I rolled back to the June version and it seems to work now.
