ROG Strix Z790-i 2-slot DDR5 RAM Does Not Boot

Running the following system:

• ASUS ROG Strix Z790-i Gaming WiFi Motherboard
• Intel Core i5 14600K CPU
• ADATA XPG Lancer RGB ROG Certified 32GB (2x16GB) 6600MHz

When I OC my RAM with ROG Certified, the boot up stuck at DRAM light and does not boot up.

Anyone has encountered this issue and possible a solution?

Do you have the memory kit part number?
Does the system POST if you select XMP II
