Dear ROG Support Team,
I am setting up a system with the following components:
- Motherboard: ROG Strix Z790-E Wifi II
- Processor: Intel i9-14900K
- Memory: Corsair Dominator DDR5 6600MHz (2 x 32 GB)
I am currently testing the setup without mounting it in a case. Only the essential components are connected: CPU, RAM, and an AIO cooling system.
The system is connected via HDMI from the motherboard to the monitor.
Upon powering on the system, the motherboard's LED indicators behave as follows:
- The amber RAM LED stays on for approximately 10 seconds.
- It then turns off, and the white VGA LED remains lit indefinitely.
No video signal is being sent to the monitor.
Could you please assist me in identifying the possible cause and solution for this issue? I am considering whether a BIOS update or compatibility problem might be involved.
